Gia Giudice asked fans to "pray for a speedy recovery" for her mom after the RHONJ cast member underwent surgery.

Teresa Giudice is recovering in the hospital following an "emergency medical procedure," according to Page Six.

The publication reports that The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday night and underwent surgery on Thursday morning. “She is in recovery, currently resting, and she thanks everyone for their prayers and well-wishes,” Teresa's rep told Page Six, adding that the surgery was "non-cosmetic" and that she is set to be released from the hospital "within the next 24 hours."

Teresa's eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, 21, was first to post about the procedure in her Instagram Stories on March 24. "Such a trooper. I love you," Gia captioned a photo of her mom in her hospital bed. "Pray for a speedy recovery. I love you [Teresa]."

Teresa has not shared any details on her own social media yet. Her most recent posts on Instagram are from earlier this week when she commemorated the finale of The Real Housewives of Ultimate Girls Trip airing on Bravo on March 22, as well as sister-in-law Melissa Gorga's birthday on March 21. She also shared some photos from her most recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week.
