Encompass Health , a national leader in integrated healthcare services with a network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health and hospice agencies, recently extended their contract another 10 years to add voice technology, remote hosting, and application managed services to help its providers continue to deliver and receive care leveraging their existing suite of Oracle Cerner solutions. Encompass also recently went live with Cerner Millennium at its 150th inpatient rehab facility .
ClearSky Health , a premier rehabilitative healthcare provider, began working with Cerner in 2019 and has now expanded their contract an additional five years to support nine additional facilities. Cerner’s electronic health record (EHR) for rehabilitation providers supports continuity, helping clinicians understand a patient’s journey from admission to discharge. This Software as a Service (SaaS) solution also helps caregivers document the treatment received throughout a patient’s stay and create a comprehensive patient record.

After live demonstrations and the ease of going through the modules we became convinced CommunityWorks is a solid choice to help meet all our needs.”
